I've been enjoying Gary Mex Glazner's terrific book How to Make a Living As a Poet. The book contains lots of innovative ideas for poetry residencies, events, and activities, as well as entertaining interviews with Sherman Alexie, Mary Karr, Beau Sia, and a number of other poets. A readable exploration of this important topic.
